Basic Services

Depending upon the Plan selected, Veteran Connexxions will provide some or all of the services set forth in the three Plans below. The AI Automated Job App can be added to any of the Plans.

 

Bronze Plan:

  • Weekly Webinars available to all members on various subjects including but not limited to: Navigating CareerShift job hunting and career management portal; finding and communicating with all types of Contacts; explanation of networking, prospecting and marketing emails and letters.

  • Access to CareerShift job hunting and career management portal.

  • Ability to create targeted lists of employers with e-mail and phone contact information for networking, prospecting and marketing.

  • Networking, Prospecting and Marketing Letter / Email templates: Presentation of relevant networking, prospecting and marketing Letter / Email Templates for many situations that may be encountered particularly when transitioning from one industry to another. These may include content to address the following:

    • Employer Letter - Often called the “Letter Resume” this letter has three purposes – mailing to companies where job seekers have already applied.

    • Breaking News Letter – Content that showcases a current event related to a target company and positions clients as solutions to problem or an accelerant of growth

    • Contacts Letter – Content for networking with current contacts as an email, letter or phone script

    • Follow-up Letter – Each interview follow up will be custom, but this content is the framework for structuring a recap and solidifying next steps

    • Openings Letter – A great cover letter when responding to jobs that require a cover letter

    • Recruiter Letter – Content used to engage both retained and contingency recruiters

    • Reference Letter – Let references know that you are being considered for a specific opportunity along with details of what you’d like them to reinforce if contacted

 

Silver Plan: Same elements as Bronze Plan plus:

  • Enhancement of current resume: repurposing, reformatting and enhancement of current resume to include/expand upon accomplishments, hard and soft skills, personal and professional awards, associations; etc.

  • Custom Networking, Prospecting and Marketing Letters / Emails: Customized prospecting and marketing letter / email templates to reflect the background, experience, skills, etc. of the client.

 

Gold Plan: Same elements as Bronze and Silver Plans plus:

  • Creation of Transition / Marketing Resume: A broad, one-page document that is used as an introductory document particularly when transitioning from one industry to another.

  • Enhancement of LinkedIn profile: review and repurposing, reformatting and enhancement of current LinkedIn Profile to include/expand upon accomplishments, hard and soft skills, personal and professional awards, associations; etc.

 

Executive Level Plans: Same elements as Bronze, Silver and Gold Plans plus some or all of the following:

  • Creative Materials: Resumes for a variety of scenarios designed and customized to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

    • Application Resume. ATS ready document that showcases your top transferrable skills and accomplishments.

    • Interview Resume. A leave-behind that contains all your relevant content necessary to tell a deeper story about your qualifications beyond your Application resume.

    • Digital Resume – A plain-text ATS-friendly document which can be used in lieu of the Application resume.

    • Executive Biography. Used when going for VP and C-level positions where Board approval and interviews by C-level executives are likely to be a part of the process. 

  • Providing ongoing personal advice, direction and support on:

    • Uncovering unpublished job opportunities.

    • Proven Tactics to follow to facilitate your success.

    • Strategy development (positioning, targeting).

    • Getting interviews (contacts, advice, approaches).

    • Interviewing and Salary Negotiating advice, guidance and preparation.

    • On-going Personal Support via Zoom, phone and email as required.
