Scope of Work:

  • Job Placement Phase - Use its AI-powered platform to ensure each Veteran is placed into a relevant job.

  • Resume Refinement: Job Machine’s AI-driven software will enhance and customize resumes, highlighting skills acquired during training and aligning them with employer requirements.

  • Job Hunting and Application Support: AI mechanisms will automatically apply to hundreds of job opportunities that align with the Veteran’s skills and career interests.

  • Interview Scheduling and Preparation: Once job matches are identified, the AI will schedule interviews and provide tailored preparation for each role, including practice sessions for technical and behavioral questions.​​

Employment Success Phase:

  • Career Services Reporting: Use Job Machine’s detailed metrics to monitor Veteran progress from resume submission to job placement, assessing the application-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion rates.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure a continuous feedback loop between partners, enhancing program effectiveness and addressing areas for improvement.

 

Data Sources:

  • Veteran Data from: Information on progress will be collected and shared with Job Machine and Veteran Service Organization. Data is stored in secure cloud environments with strict access protocols.

  • Job Search Data from Job Machine: This will include information on job applications submitted, interviews scheduled, and placement metrics. All data is anonymized as necessary and complies with privacy regulations to ensure the safety of participant information.

 

Technical Expertise:

  • In-House and External Expertise: Veteran Connexxions LLC and Job Machine have the technical expertise required for training and placement phases, respectively.

  • Veteran Service Organization will serve as the lead organization to coordinate efforts and ensure successful project execution.
